Norkn - Streamline 7200

The specification was for a product that included a bar code scanner, a camera, a GPS module and a touch screen overlay for use with a Blackberry. The concept was to use the Blackberry as a communications interface, providing a two way data link with a back office system and a mobile worker. Communication between the peripherals and the Blackberry would need to be achieved without a physical connection.

The MotionTouch design team worked closely with Norkn to ensure that the functionality of the Blackberry remained intact and that the additional peripherals did not interfere in any way. Read more about the project
